Mechanism, in brief

KLOW is a combination vial rather than a single molecule. The catalogue's own tools data names it as GHK, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 supplied together, which is GLOW with KPV added, and the name records that origin. Four constituents means four unrelated mechanisms occurring in one vial, not a single blend mechanism.

  1. KPV: transporter-mediated anti-inflammatory action. Enters cells through the PepT1 oligopeptide transporter, which is upregulated in inflamed tissue, and suppresses pro-inflammatory signalling including NF-kappaB activation.
  2. GHK-Cu: copper delivery. Carries copper(II) to enzymes requiring it as a cofactor, including lysyl oxidase, which cross-links collagen and elastin during matrix maturation.
  3. BPC-157: angiogenic and nitric oxide interactions. Reported upregulation of VEGFR2 signalling and modulation of nitric oxide pathways, without any identified receptor.
  4. TB-500: actin sequestration. The LKKTET motif binds monomeric G-actin, influencing filament assembly and cell migration.
  5. Untested as a combination. No controlled study has evaluated these four together, so additivity, interaction and interference between them are all unmeasured.

The full research write-up, including the findings behind each claim and the model each came from, is on the KLOW 80mg 80mg page.

Vial sizes available

Every size of KLOW Volta lists, in stock or not. Each is a separate catalogue page with its own batch number and specification table.

Purity and batch documentation

Volta's release specification is >99% (HPLC). That is a threshold we set. >99% is the specification every batch is released to. The figure on a certificate is what a laboratory measured for one lot.
