Track Your Order
Enter your order number and the email you ordered with, or the tracking number from your shipping email, and we will show you exactly where your parcel is.
Before you worry
- A new tracking number shows nothing at first. The label is created before the carrier has the parcel, and the first scan can take a business day to appear.
- Parcels ship on business days from British Columbia, Canada. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT go out the next business day, and weekend orders go out on Monday. Canadian delivery is 2 to 5 business days once the parcel is moving.
- Paying by Interac e-Transfer? Nothing is packed until the transfer is confirmed by hand. The payment instructions cover what to do if the amount or the reference code was wrong.
- Have an account? Your order history lists every order at once, with no order number to type.
