Where We Ship From
All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from British Columbia, Canada. Orders to Canadian addresses travel entirely within Canada.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard shipping: $5.00 USD flat rate per order.
- Free shipping on all orders of $150 USD or more.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days depending on province and remoteness.
- No customs clearance, no import duties, and no border delays. Because your order never leaves Canada, there is no CBSA import step and nothing for a border agency to hold or seize.
International Shipping
- International shipping: $15.00 USD flat rate per order.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Orders leaving Canada, including orders to the United States, are subject to the destination country's import rules.
- The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
All products are sold strictly for research purposes. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to certain regions due to local regulations.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
