- No laboratory street address on the public site. The published telephone number is a 360 line.
- verifiedbyvanguard.com is the ORDERING portal, not a certificate lookup. This directory previously offered it as a "Verify a COA" link, which it is not, and every path on that host returns the same empty shell so the mistake was invisible.
