International shipping is a flat $15 USD per order, and free on orders of $200 USD or more. The exact carrier options and times are shown at checkout before you pay.
Is sales tax added to US and international orders?+
No. Orders shipped outside Canada carry no sales tax at checkout: an export is zero-rated, and we do not collect US state sales tax. The price you see plus shipping is the amount charged.

What is your return policy?+
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A fault of ours (material that misses its certificate specification, transit damage, or a wrong item) is refunded in full or replaced, with the return postage on us. An unopened, sealed vial can also come back on a change of mind at your postage cost.
